5. Organization Responsibilities

Rescue organizations using MuttsApp are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of animal profiles and availability status
• Reviewing and processing applications in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable animal welfare laws and regulations
• Managing their members' access and permissions appropriately
• Handling adopter and volunteer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including photos, descriptions, application responses, and communications. By submitting content, you grant MuttsApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.
